Check with your service provider whether cell broadcast (network service) is
available and what the available topics and related topic numbers are.

Reception

or

.
Language
—Select in which languages cell broadcast messages are received.
Topic detection
—To automatically save previously unknown topic numbers in
received cell broadcast messages, select
