■ Keypad lock (keyguard)
To prevent accidental keypresses, you can lock the keypad.
To lock the keypad in the phone mode, press the left selection key and * within
1.5 seconds. To set the phone to automatically lock the keypad after a certain
time, select
Menu

Settings
>
Phone sett.
>
General
>
Security
>
Phone and SIM
card
>
Keypad autolock period
>
User defined
and the desired time.
To lock the keypad in music mode, press the power key quickly, and select
Lock
keypad
.
To unlock the keypad in the phone mode, select
Unlock
, and press * within
1.5 seconds.
To unlock the keypad in music mode, select
Unlock
>
OK
.

When the keypad lock is on, calls may be possible to the official emergency number
programmed into your device.
